Campus Rentals

In need of a Hall, Fireside Room, Library, or Classroom Rental? Perhaps you are looking for on-location filming, private party location, an informal gathering, or are even looking to launch a weekend seminar close to the ocean? 

Located less than an hour from Downtown LA and overlooking the ocean, St. Peter’s by the Sea gives you the best of all things-secure but ample space for rent with sufficient parking for any rental in our open parking lot, a space that offers natural, beachy/coastal beauty near Los Angeles, the Beach Cities, and Orange County.
 
We can provide audio, visual and lighting technical support, and other administrative services when applicable. 
 
With an ability to work with any budget, from a major studio to a small non-profit, and the space to serve any look or event, St. Peter’s by the Sea is the place to rent in the South Bay.  
 
Fees vary depending on the space required. 

Parking Lot Rental

We have a large, ocean facing parking lot that can accommodate up to 165 vehicles.  The parking lot is available for daily rental dependent on church activities.
